Plague Doctor is currently a blend of two organic coffees. We wanted to have the deepest body and heaviest aromas we could achieve in a coffee so we roast this blend just enough to develop the body and sweetness combination we want but not long enough to eliminate the all of the origin flavors. Our darkest offering deserved a dark name.

Origin: Timor and Sumatra

Altitude: 1200-1640m

Process: Fully washed and wet hulled dried on patios.

Varietal: Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Typica, Timor hybrid

Notes: Chocolate, Cedar, Molasses
